Born and raised in Atlanta, Rachel has always been passionate about working in the medical field, with a particular interest in aesthetics and plastic surgery. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgia State University in 2017 and spent three years working in the Pediatric ICU before returning to school to further her education.

In 2021, Rachel completed her Master of Science in Nursing and has been an integral part of VSHC since 2020. She works closely with Dr. Colgrove, assisting in the clinic, operating room, and hair transplant cases, bringing her expertise and dedication to every aspect of patient care.

Jennifer is a leading cosmetic injector with a specialization in full facial correction and structural harmonization. With an in-depth understanding of facial anatomy and a meticulous eye for detail, she provides personalized treatments tailored to each client’s unique aesthetic goals.

Her expertise includes dermal fillers, neurotoxin injectables, PRP treatments, PDO threads, and RF microneedling.

With over 19 years of experience, Jennifer has mastered the art of facial enhancement. Her dedication to staying at the cutting edge of the industry is evident in her extensive training and certifications in advanced techniques. She has completed courses with Aesthetic Advancements Incorporated and pursued continuing education with top industry names like Allergan, Merz Aesthetics, Galderma, Suneva Medical, Revance Aesthetics, and BENEV Company.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Medical College of Georgia, earned in 2001. She began her career in intensive care and plastic surgery before transitioning to aesthetics.

Nicole graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2012 with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. With a diverse background in inpatient hospital care and home health, she brings a wealth of experience to her role, particularly in wound care.

Since joining VSHC in 2023, Nicole has been a key member of the team, assisting Dr. Colgrove in the clinic and operating room. She also leads the IV Hydration services at VSHC, ensuring that patients receive top-notch care and attention.

Luiza brings over 8 years of experience in aesthetics, driven by a passion for creating personalized solutions tailored to your skin’s unique needs.

She offers a wide range of treatments, including customized facials, chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, and the cutting-edge Sylfirm X technology.

As a master of semi-permanent makeup, Luiza specializes in achieving flawless brows, beautiful lip blush, and more. She graduated in aesthetics from the Elaine Sterling Institute and holds certifications from PhiBrows Academy and Academy S. This blend of expertise and artistry ensures you receive the highest quality treatments.
