Summer is making an early arrival, with poolside lounging, beach walks and outdoor parties already in full swing. But before spending too many days basking in the warm glow of the sun, it’s important to give your skin a little prep time to help it look fabulous right into fall.
Roseanne Warchola, medical esthetician at Vinings Surgery Center, shares a few of her keys to keeping skin healthy and radiant throughout the season:

It’s also able to prevent and reverse sun damage, including wrinkles.
- It’s often said, but well worth repeating: Wear sunscreen daily. If you are going to be spending a large amount of time in the sun, stick with SPF 30 and reapply every 30 minutes. Don’t forget to apply sunscreen on your lips, too!
