The purpose of the 1-on-1 consultation is to discuss the results you are looking for while giving you a chance to ask us any questions you may have about our hair restoration procedures. This is the perfect time for you to voice any concerns you may have. Upon getting in touch with us, we will work to find a consultation time that suits you and your schedule.
2. Receive a comprehensive evaluation from our team
After your 1-on-1 consultation, we’ll determine whether you are a good candidate for treatment. We want to make sure you know exactly what to expect, how long the process takes, and how long recovery times will be before beginning any procedure. We will evaluate the current extent of your hair loss or hair thinning problems, and from there, advise you with the best hair transplant treatment options we have.
3. Begin treatment
Treatment begins after we have completed a thorough evaluation and consultation. For most hair transplant treatments, a local anaesthetic is needed to prepare for treatment. A 3D model shows you a simulated outcome of your hair transplant. Once we have the ARTAS system setup, we can map out your entire scalp with paths for the robot to follow. Then, the robot goes to work and finds the perfect graft placement areas for your hair.
4. When you’ll start seeing results
After an ARTAS hair transplant treatment, patients typically start seeing results steadily over time. New hairs start to appear over the span of a few months and grow faster after approximately six months. Post operation, patients often report no pain and visible changes within a matter of weeks. Any bruising or swelling will subside shortly after treatment.
